A QR code seating chart lets every wedding guest find their table in seconds. RH Seating is free for up to 250 guests — one QR code shows the table, menu with allergy tags, and registry. No app needed.

Printed seating charts often create a bottleneck at the entrance, with guests crowding around a single board. A digital chart lets everyone check from their own phone: scan the code on the welcome sign, search a name, and the table number appears instantly.

Plans change — RSVPs shift and tables get rearranged. Updating a digital chart takes moments, so guests always see the current version instead of an outdated printout.

For couples, planners, and venues handling receptions, rehearsal dinners, or large celebrations, a QR-based seating chart keeps the line moving and the evening on schedule.
